INTAKE
We record the OE number, vehicle model and reported symptoms.
G-KINGZ SERVICE LAB
Diagnostics, disassembly, cleaning and precise component inspection. We restore supercharger operation according to its actual technical condition.
DIAGNOSTICS. PRECISION. INSPECTION.
Every service begins with a thorough inspection. The supercharger is disassembled, and its components are cleaned and checked for wear, play, damage and contamination.
We inspect the rotors, shafts, bearings, gears, seals, housing and drive system. After inspection, we present the possible scope of work. If repair is not technically justified, we inform you before starting the remanufacturing process.
01
COMPLETE DISASSEMBLY
Disassembling the unit allows us to assess areas that cannot be checked from the outside. We look for the source of noise, leakage, resistance, play or reduced performance.
02
MEASUREMENT AND INSPECTION
We inspect the drive components and rotor supports for wear and correct interaction. The appearance of a part is not the only factor — play, smooth operation and the condition of working surfaces are equally important.
03
PARTS AND SEALS
The scope of repair depends on the supercharger model and diagnostic results. We use correctly selected bearings, seals and other available components.
OUR PROCESS
We record the OE number, vehicle model and reported symptoms.
We check play, noise, rotation, sealing and completeness.
We disassemble the supercharger and inspect its internal components.
We remove oil, deposits, sand and other contamination.
We replace the approved components and reassemble the unit.
We check smooth operation, noise and performance after service.
A TRANSPARENT SCOPE OF WORK
After verification, we inform you about the condition of the unit and the available options. We do not perform additional work without agreeing on the scope in advance.
Before starting the engine, thoroughly inspect and clean the air intake, air filter housing and associated pipes. Sand, metal particles or other contamination can damage the supercharger again.

FAQ
Remanufacturing a customer-owned supercharger usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on the exact services required. When purchasing an already remanufactured supercharger, dispatch usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on current demand for the selected unit.
No. A cracked housing, severely damaged rotors or an unavailable non-serviceable component can make an economical and safe repair impossible.
The scope and cost are determined after diagnostics. We agree on all further work before carrying out the repair.
Drain any fluids, secure all openings, wrap the unit in protective cushioning and place it in a rigid cardboard box. Include your contact details, order number and a description of the symptoms.
