Eaton M45 Pulley - 65mm

Performance pulley with a diameter of 65 mm, designed for the Eaton M45 supercharger used in Mercedes-Benz M111 EVO 2.0 and 2.3 Kompressor engines.

The smaller pulley diameter increases the rotational speed of the supercharger, allowing for higher boost pressure, better throttle response, and more effective engine charging.

We recommend this modification only for technically sound vehicles that maintain correct operating parameters for the engine, supercharger, and intake system.

Installation

Installation should be performed by a workshop with experience in servicing Eaton superchargers.

During installation, check the condition of:

• the serpentine belt;

• the tensioner;

• guide pulleys;

• the supercharger clutch;

• the intake system;

• the air filter.

After installing a 65 mm pulley, a change in belt length may be required. For many M111 configurations, a 6PK1330 belt is used, but the correct size should be confirmed individually for your specific car and installed equipment.

Recommended supplementary modifications

To maintain lower intake air temperatures, we recommend using a more efficient intercooler.

With the increased supercharger speed, it is also worth checking:

• the oil level in the supercharger;

• intake system leaks;

• the condition of the throttle body and hoses;

• air-fuel mixture parameters;

• intake air temperature;

• correct engine operation under load.
