MANUFACTURED IN-HOUSE
Our own machining facilities allow us to develop and manufacture components used in G-KINGZ products. We control the process from design preparation to the finished part.
We also complete orders for individual customers and companies. We can manufacture a part from supplied documentation, help refine a design or establish ongoing cooperation as a subcontractor.

CNC TURNING
PRECISION ROTATIONAL COMPONENTS
We manufacture components that require repeatable diameters, surfaces, grooves, threads and fits. The scope is determined from a drawing, model or sample part.

OUR OWN PRODUCTS
FROM IDEA TO PRODUCTION
G-KINGZ components are based on our own designs and experience with forced-induction systems. In-house production allows us to develop designs, introduce improvements and maintain control over manufacturing quality.

CNC MILLING
SHAPES, SURFACES AND HOLES
We use milling to manufacture components that require precisely positioned holes, planes, pockets, channels and custom shapes. Feasibility is confirmed after reviewing the documentation.

DO YOU MANUFACTURE SINGLE PARTS?
The possibility of manufacturing a single part depends on its complexity and the required production preparation. We assess every such inquiry individually.
CAN YOU REPRODUCE A PART FROM A SAMPLE?
In many cases, yes. We need photographs, dimensions and information about the application. After reviewing the details, we will confirm whether the component can be reproduced.
DO YOU MANUFACTURE FOR OTHER COMPANIES?
Yes. We are open to subcontracting cooperation and the production of agreed component batches.
