High-Performance Intercooler Kit – Mercedes-Benz M111 and M111 EVO Kompressor

A complete upgraded intercooler kit designed for Mercedes-Benz vehicles equipped with M111 2.0/2.3 Kompressor and M111 EVO 2.0/2.3 Kompressor engines.

A larger intercooler core more effectively reduces intake air temperature, improves engine performance stability, and limits power drop caused by the heating of the forced induction system.

The kit can be used in both stock and modified vehicles – especially in configurations equipped with a smaller supercharger pulley or an oversized crankshaft pulley.

Benefits of using a larger intercooler

Reducing the pulley diameter or using a larger crankshaft pulley increases the supercharger speed. This leads to higher boost pressure but also increases the temperature of the compressed air.

An upgraded intercooler helps to:

Important notice

The supercharger pulley visible in some reference photos is not included in the kit.

Performance pulleys, crankshaft pulleys, the supercharger unit, drive belts, and installation services are not included unless ordered separately.

Installation

Installation should be performed by a workshop experienced in modifying Mercedes-Benz Kompressor forced induction systems and engines.

During installation, ensure to check:

• the integrity and seal of the entire intake system;

• proper alignment of pipes and elbows;

• the condition of clamps and connections;

• clearance between hoses and moving or hot engine components;

• the condition of the air filter;

• operating parameters of the engine and supercharger.

Depending on the vehicle version, minor installation adjustments or pipe routing modifications may be required.
