Bearing, seal, and oil kit for Eaton M62 supercharger

A complete repair kit designed for the refurbishment of the Eaton M62 supercharger, used, among others, in Mercedes-Benz M111 Kompressor engines.

The kit allows for the replacement of worn-out components responsible for the proper support of the rotors and the airtightness of the supercharger. The included oil allows for refilling the supercharger gear assembly during the refurbishment.

Application of the kit

Replacement of bearings and seals may be required if symptoms such as the following occur:

  • noisy supercharger operation;

  • squeaking, humming, or metallic noises;

  • noticeable play on the shafts;

  • oil leaks;

  • wear or damage to the existing seals;

  • the need for comprehensive supercharger refurbishment.

Kit contents

  • set of bearings for the Eaton M62 supercharger;

  • set of correctly matched seals;

  • oil intended for the supercharger;

  • other elements shown in the offer photos.

The clutch, pulley, and other supercharger parts are not included unless stated otherwise in the offer.

Compatibility

The kit is designed for selected versions of the Eaton M62 supercharger, used, among others, in Mercedes-Benz vehicles with engines:

  • M111 2.0 Kompressor;

  • M111 2.3 Kompressor.

Eaton M62 superchargers come in various design versions. Before purchasing, please compare:

  • supercharger model;

  • OE number;

  • dimensions of the current bearings and seals;

  • appearance of the parts removed from the supercharger.

To confirm compatibility, please send the supercharger OE number and photos of the unit and the removed components.

Installation

Proper refurbishment requires specialized tools, maintaining the correct operating clearances, and the proper alignment of the rotors and timing gears.

Installation should be performed by a workshop with experience in repairing Eaton superchargers. Improper disassembly or assembly may lead to rotor contact, damage to the coating, bearings, or the housing.

During repairs, we also recommend checking:

  • the condition of the rotors and their coating;

  • the surface of the working chamber;

  • the timing gears;

  • the clutch and pulley;

  • the airtightness of the entire supercharger.

Important information

The bearing, seal, and oil kit will not repair damage to the rotors, timing gears, or a worn-out housing. The final scope of refurbishment can only be determined after dismantling and carefully verifying the supercharger.
