Pulley kit – Mercedes-Benz M271 1.8 Kompressor

A complete performance pulley kit designed for Mercedes-Benz M271 1.8 Kompressor engines equipped with an Eaton M65 supercharger.

The kit changes the gear ratio of the accessory drive system, increasing the supercharger's operating speed. It provides better engine response and the ability to achieve higher boost pressure without the need to replace the entire supercharger.

Kit contents

• crankshaft pulley – 200 mm;
• water pump pulley – 120 mm.

The water pump pulley has been matched to work with the 200 mm crankshaft pulley, forming a complete set for modifying the accessory drive system.

Drive belt

After installing the kit, it may be necessary to use a belt of a different length. The required size depends on the specific engine version and accessory layout.

Installation
